What We Do
We provide fully furnished properties for families and working professionals that are in need of temporary housing. Some of our clients need a home while their own is being repaired for insurance claims, while others are traveling professionals on temporary work assignments who need a more spacious and homier place to stay rather than traditional hotels.

As a property owner, you would contract with our company as the lease holder, and you benefit by having a long term tenant with guaranteed timely payments.

We take care of any minor repairs ourselves, and professionally deep clean the property after each stay to ensure the property is constantly in pristine condition for our tenants.

As a tenant, the property is fully furnished with everything you would need to live there comfortably, with linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and daily essentials for the start of your stay.
