When you sign up to reserve a property, we collect your first name, last name, and email address to create, process, and maintain your account, provide you with requested services, send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages. When you book or lease a property, we may ask you to provide additional information such as your address, phone number, company name, purpose of your trip, and date of birth.

Application Information. During the resident screening process required to book a property, we may ask you to provide additional information such as rental history, financial history, criminal history, or other identity verification information.

Support Information. When you interact with us via email or phone, we will collect certain information generated by your use of services or information that you choose to share with us.

Job Application Information. If you choose to apply to a job with Crescent, we will collect your name, address, email address, and information contained on your resume.

Credit History. If you apply for a property, we may ask you for identifying information to obtain your US credit history from a third party service provider.
III. How We Use and Store Your Information
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
